We use Labb Digital Solutions Ltd to provide website maintenance and security. We have third party security services installed to help maintain the security and performance of our website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.

Web Hosting

The website is hosted by 20i.com, using UK datacentres. Here’s how 20i comply with GDPR:

We only hold personal data for the purposes of communication, authentication and billing of our customers and those who sign up to receive information from us.
We process all data within legal guidelines and do not share any personal data with third parties. Any personal data not relevant to our current business is deleted.

Social media

We may use a third party provider, Hootsuite to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

Any email sent to us, including any attachments, may be monitored and used by us for reasons of security and for monitoring compliance with office policy. Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. Client information we hold

We do not store personal data, all of our contributors supply their full name and email address, we do not store any other data.
